Individual Guest Deposits/Confirmation:
To confirm a sleeping room within the SEA Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the Event date. In order to confirm a room assignment for attendees, the Hilton will require the guest to pay all charges for room and tax in advance, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date.
